The Mission of Annunciation Catholic School is to provide a Christ-centered environment for students in Prekindergarten through Grade 8 that nourishes our faith, strives for intellectual achievement, and provides a moral and social foundation based on the Gospels of Jesus Christ, the Master Teacher.
Annunciation Catholic School will be a 21st Century Catholic School of Excellence with a strong focus on its Catholic identity, academic distinction, and social responsibility.
Profile of an Annunciation Graduate
Annunciation Catholic School is a faith-based community founded upon the principles of the Gospel message of Jesus Christ and moral teaching of the Catholic Church. Under the imperative “to be always prepared to give reason for the hope that is in us” (1 Peter 3:15), Annunciation Catholic School Graduates develop into fully informed Catholic young men and women with a deeper understanding of the precepts of the Catholic faith to go forth in Faith, Knowledge, and Action in Service of Social Justice.
At Annunciation Catholic School, we strive to prepare each student for success by teaching them 21st century skills through the use of current technology in the classroom. Each student has the opportunity to develop his or her potential through hands-on experience.
Students are expected to make good choices when accessing the Internet by centering on their Christian formation, while in a safe digital environment that is protected by content filters. Students will learn how to use the appropriate tools available on the Internet to assist them in their learning, ethically and morally, keeping in mind their own privacy as well as the rights of others.
